MELISSA PEREZ
BSN, RN, CLTMelissa Perez is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse and CLT with advanced training in CO2 Laser, Facial Anatomy, injection techniques and anti-aging treatments. She is a graduate of Chamberlain University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and received her certification at the Institute of Aesthetics. With a love for all things beauty and aesthetics, Melissa specializes in dermal fillers, biostimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse, wrinkle relaxers, weight loss and Coolpeel CO2 laser skin rejuvenation. Melissa’s favorite part of working in the beauty industry is connecting with her clients to help them achieve their aesthetic goals. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and two Yorkies, trying new restaurants and watching the latest release on Netflix.
BRITTANY SMITH
BSN, RNBrittany graduated with honors from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Human Development. She has been a registered nurse for 11 years, specializing in aesthetics and postpartum. Brittany is an expert in all neuromodulator toxin treatments, PRP hair restoration and skin rejuvenation, Sculptra, Radiesse, dermal fillers and microneedling. She enjoys helping clients feel more confident and beautiful. An Arizona native, she has been married for 8 years and has three children. For fun her family loves getting away to the beach in San Diego.
AMANDA MARGARONE
LICENSED AESTHETICIAN, CLTMeet Amanda Margarone, Uptown medispa’s resident skin goddess & go-to gal for facials + overall skin health. Amanda has 9 years of experience perfecting her craft in the aesthetics & beauty industry. She has undergone advanced aesthetic + laser training and graduated with honors at Penrose Academy. She is licensed in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Certified Laser Technician, and Laser Safety Officer. Whether it’s treating hyperpigmentation clearing acne or slowing down signs of aging, Amanda has a passion for helping her patients feel confident in their own skin. Utilizing only the best in medical grade treatments, skincare, and technology to create the most customizable treatment for individual results, Amanda is here for you every step of the way. When Amanda’s not busy helping her patients with their skin glow up, you can find her skiing in Taos, out on her boat, or cooking with her Fiancé Jon.

CATHY HERD
With a BA in Communications from the University of Iowa, Marketing Strategy and Digital Marketing Certificates from Cornell, Cathy Herd has worked as as a branding and marketing expert for nearly three decades in profit and nonprofit sectors. She is excited to bring her expertise in marketing strategy, branding, content marketing, campaign development, video and print production, brand strategy development, SEO, public relations, copywriting, and digital media to Uptown Medispa Chandler. As President of a nonprofit organization, Cathy currently works in partner development and operations to execute and promote bi-annual events in the Phoenix area. Cathy was a member of Screen Actors Guild for more than a decade in Los Angeles, starring in over 40 national television commercials and infomercials, and guest-starring in television series such as 24, Without a Trace and CSI.
STACEY KOLE
With 25 years of production experience, Stacey Kole has worked both in front of and behind the camera. A successful spokesperson and host, Stacey spent six years as a university circuit speaker with the international organization Cru. She delivered her keynote addresses at Ivy League schools such as Yale and Princeton, along with major state universities across the nation and overseas. Specializing in content marketing, Stacey was co-editor of the international beauty and fashion magazine Savvy, and is currently a contributing editor and writer for the online editions of several style and health publications. A published author, Stacey holds an undergraduate degree in Communication/Journalism from Biola University, a Master's Degree in Biblical Studies and a Master's Degree in Education. Stacey is the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization, producing a host of yearly events, fundraisers and workshops to build scholarship funds and empower young women in the state of Arizona.
