Uptown Medispa began with a simple belief: exceptional aesthetic medicine brings together science, artistry, and genuine human connection. That belief shaped a vision for personalized care, where clients feel welcomed, understand their options, and receive thoughtful guidance toward natural-looking results.

Today, that same philosophy guides all Uptown Medispa Arizona locations in Arrowhead, Chandler, N Central Phoenix, Scottsdale, Surprise and Prior Lake, Minnesota. Our providers combine advanced medical expertise and technology with ongoing education, individualized treatment planning, and a commitment to long-term skin health.

NARDIN HERMIZ

OWNER, UPTOWN MEDISPA ARROWHEAD

I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and proudly serve as the Medical Director for the Uptown Medispa locations. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of Phoenix, and before entering aesthetic medicine, I spent years caring for critically ill patients in the Trauma and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Banner University Medical Center. That experience shaped the provider I am today and instilled the values that continue to guide me: precision, patient safety, compassion, and always putting patients first.

FAYDRA HUNTINGFORD

BSN, RN, CLT, Advanced Medical Aesthetic Injector

OWNER, UPTOWN MEDISPA SCOTTSDALE

With almost 25 years of experience in the medical and aesthetics industries, Uptown Medispa Scottsdale owner Faydra is committed to helping clients enhance their natural beauty through the means of medical aesthetics. As a Certified Medical Injector, she is committed to providing a relaxed and comfortable environment before, during and after procedures and is passionate about helping clients feel and look their very best.

Faydra graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center. She also served as a Certified Case Manager, directly working to help clients make health care choices for themselves and their families. In her spare time, she enjoys staying busy with her family and many pets.

With a goal of placing her clients at ease and making them comfortable with the many treatments available, Faydra coordinates, assesses their needs and suggests the best options available. She has a commitment to providing comprehensive care to help exceed client expectations and provide the highest quality of service.

MICHELLE HAWKINS

RN, CST, LPN, Certified Medical Aesthetics Injector

OWNER, UPTOWN MEDISPA PRIOR LAKE

Michelle has been working clinically in the medical field since 1999. She began her career as a surgical tech working with top surgeons in plastics and orthopedics. A graduate of Normandale College in Bloomington, MN, Michelle’s nursing career has spanned multiple states and disciplines, including laser technology and facial reconstructive surgery.

Michelle found her passion for the aesthetics industry in the 1990s and is excited to offer the Uptown Medispa experience to clients. She is dedicated to providing the latest techniques in cosmetic injectables and skin care. Her vision is to assist clients in graceful and effective anti-aging therapies which complement each person’s unique individuality.

Michelle shares her home with her husband and their four teenage children. In her free time, Michelle’s hobbies include sports, baking, traveling and spending time with her dogs.

CATHY HERD

CMO, Uptown Medispa Brand

OWNER, UPTOWN MEDISPA CHANDLER

Cathy Herd serves as owner of Uptown Medispa Chandler and Chief Marketing Officer for the Uptown Medispa brand, bringing nearly three decades of branding, marketing, and business development experience. A University of Iowa graduate with marketing certificates from Cornell, she is passionate about advancing her team’s education and creating a welcoming client experience rooted in personalized care and natural-looking results.

Cathy also serves as a nonprofit president, leading community engagement and partnerships. Earlier in her career, she appeared in more than 40 national commercials and television series including 24, Without a Trace, and CSI.

KORTNEY RAWAK

OWNER, UPTOWN MEDISPA SURPRISE

Kortney Rawak, FNP-C is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency medicine and advanced training in medical aesthetics and wellness. She specializes in personalized weight loss, Botox®, dermal fillers, microneedling, IV therapy, and wellness services. Committed to patient safety and natural-looking results, Kortney combines clinical expertise with individualized treatment plans to help patients look and feel their very best.
