With extensive training, knowledge and top medical-grade hands-on preparation, Olivia Wheeler has dedicated her time and efforts to providing the highest quality treatments to all her patients. A graduate of Penrose Academy in Scottsdale, Olivia is well versed in such practices as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, hydro facials, waxing, brow tinting and lamination, dermaplaning and laser treatments for anti-aging and hyperpigmentation. Her mission is to provide clinical and aesthetic assistance to help her clients restore confidence and achieve the best version of themselves.

Madison Paul comes to Uptown Medispa with vast medical experience and dedication to helping others. In 2015, Madison graduated from University of Arizona’s School of Nursing and started her career in the Trauma/Surgical/Neuro ICU at Banner University Medical Center. It was there that she further developed her critical thinking skills and attention to detail. She also served as an Organ Recovery Coordinator for Donor Network of Arizona. Madison’s personal demeanor, precision and extensive medical training allow her to help her clients achieve their goals, gain confidence and look their best.

Ninorta Kasso is the Director of Operations at Uptown Medispa Arrowhead. Ninorta has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Kendall College and a Masters degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from Benedictine University in Chicago. With over 15 years of hospitality experience, and working in consulting and task force for five-star luxury hotels all around the country, Ninorta joined the Uptown team in 2022. She is passionate about educating and instilling upscale service in all of her ventures and elevating standards and procedures in the workplace. Ninorta’s background in the hospitality industry and luxury service will bring an elevated experience at Uptown Medispa Arrowhead. In her free time, Ninorta loves to travel, try out new restaurants, hike, and spend time with family and friends.

Rebecca Nixon is an experienced nurse injector with a passion and knowledge for aesthetic medicine. Rebecca is an Arizona native and graduated from Northern Arizona University/GateWay Community College CEP program with her BSN. She believes aesthetic medicine is about enhancing the natural beauty of each client. She has a passion for cosmetic injectables including neurotoxins and fillers, and for skincare treatments and the overall health of each individual. Rebecca’s injectable approach is to enhance natural beauty through creating personalized treatment plans for each of her clients to achieve a refreshed appearance. Rebecca continues to learn and grow as a nurse injector to provide the best experience for her clients!

Melissa G. Perez is an Arizona native and first-generation from Guatemala. She is a bilingual licensed Esthetician and Massage therapist. She thrives in health and healing from within. Her unique holistic approach combined with her medical background brings exceptional experience and knowledge to her clients. She attended Penrose Academy for Aesthetics and Arizona College for Massage. She’s been in practice for 2 years and is always eager to learn new, advanced modalities for her clients. Her current favorite service is HYDRAFACIAL Platinum using Lymphatic and LED therapy for achieving taut, tone and exceptional results.
